Please read the license agreement before downloading the 30 days trial version of InnoCielo View.

This is a legally binding agreement between you, the end user, and BlueCielo which markets software products under the registered trademark InnoCielo©. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, click the reset button and the installation process will not continue. CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THEM.

Copyright/Proprietary Protection

The product is published by BlueCielo ECM Solutions BV, The Netherlands and is protected by Dutch intellectual property right laws and international conventions and treaties. The Product is defined as all software and documentation. You must treat this product like any other copyrighted material. This license and your right to use the Product terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Product or return them to BlueCielo.

License Grant

BlueCielo grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the Software (which also includes documentation in electronic form) free of charge for 14 days after installation on a single user PC at one location at the same time, - either stand-alone or on a single user PC in a networked system - to permit access to one user at the same time. Use means that you have installed the Software on the permanent memory of the single user PC, loaded it into the computer's temporary memory and apply the Software in accordance with the Documentation for your own use only.

You May Not

Translate, reverse engineer (except as specifically allowed otherwise under applicable compulsory laws), disassemble, decompile, make any other attempt to discover the source, or in any other way modify the program code without prior written consent of an authorized representative of BlueCielo.

Remove any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Products.

Utilize any computer, hardware or software designed to defeat any (hardware) protection device, should the Software you have licensed be equipped with such protection.

Print the electronic documentation.

Sublicense, rent, or lease any portion of this Product.

Failure to comply with the herein above stated restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this license.

Limited Warranty

Since the software is provided free of charge, the software is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is borne by you. Should the software prove defective, you and not BlueCielo assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

Disclaimer

BlueCielo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential, exemplary or punitive damages or losses of any kind, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and even if BlueCielo was advised that such damages were likely or possible. In no event will BlueCielo be liable for any amount greater than what you actually paid for the Software. These disclaimers, exclusions and limitations apply regardless of your acceptance of the Software.
