BlueCielo Welcome Desk and information point
The BlueCielo Welcome Desk opens on 29 January 2012 from 17:00-18:00.
After arrival, please visit the Welcome Desk to collect your Synergy 2012 identification badge and conference welcome kit.
The Synergy welcome reception will be held from 19:00 - 21:00 on Sunday 29 January.
The BlueCielo Welcome Desk will remain available during Synergy and Partner Training for information and enquiries.
Conference highlights
At the annual BlueCielo Partner event we will focus on improving the road to mutual success. During the event we will work on our cooperation, required tools for success and a common "sales language" to improve our mutual understanding of sales opportunities and how to increase our chance of success. You will also gain valuable insight into BlueCielo's corporate strategy, product vision, strategy and roadmap, as well as partner successes.
Partner training highlights

Synergy 2012 Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Istanbul, historically named Byzantium and Constantinople, is Turkey's largest city and is home to more than 18 million people. This megacity is the cultural, economic and financial centre of Turkey. Due to its location on both the Asian and European sides of the Bosphorus, it is the only metropolis in the world to be situated on two continents, and is a designated alpha world city.
Geography and climate
Istanbul is located in northwestern Turkey, within the Marmara region and the metropolitan area extends to 5300 square kilometers. Istanbul's climate is hot and humid in summer, and wet and cold in winter. Average temperatures in January and February range from 3-9 degrees celsius, with plenty of precipitation. Istanbul also tends to be a windy city, however thunderstorms are uncommon.
Culture
Istanbul is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, comprising a diverse demographic and many nationalities. Just as the city itself spans two continents, so it forms a meeting point for international visitors from many countries. An atmosphere of tolerance makes this city a great destination for visitors: vibrant and exciting, timeless and modern, Istanbul is a rich tapestry of varied cultures.
Architecture and attractions
While Istanbul is renowned for the Byzantine and Ottoman architecture, traces of Genoese, Roman and even Greek influences are visible in the city's buildings, forming a multicultural cityscape. Istanbul has a rich cultural history and offers visitors a wide range of attractions, from the modern museum to the archeology museum; from palaces and castles to bazaars, the well-known Turkish baths, and the famous Blue Mosque.
Hotel reservations
Accommodation during the Synergy conference (29-31 January 2012) will be at the Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel in Istanbul. During the Partner Training (31 January - 3 February 2012), accommodation will be at the Holiday Inn in Istanbul.
