Warm greetings from BlueCielo. We are excited to revive our quarterly newsletter, designed to bring you convenient updates about our solutions, services and support, industry news, events and more.
2011 has been a year of many changes at BlueCielo. As the new CEO, I have been blessed to be in the middle of those changes. We have seen a new regional organization materialize around our direct presence in Europe, North-America and Brazil in order to better serve the 1800+ customers who have put their trust in our products, services and know-how. Our local offices also directly support the 60+ partners who have chosen to serve their customers with expert solutions based on our products.
The local spice of business is an important ingredient of BlueCielo’s success and identity and I look forward to share exciting stories from our local offices with you in future newsletters.
With the recent acquisition of the Kronodoc product line, we have extended our capacity to serve owners and operators engaged in capital projects to address Project Document Control needs in small, medium and large supplier networks. Our 100% www-based solutions can be deployed from a Cloud on the Internet or delivered to customers’ premises. At the same time, we have established ourselves locally in Finland to directly serve the Nordic market.
Local presence close to our customers is more than ever the backbone of our operations that, together with our global partner network, constitutes the platform on which we are expanding our global reach. Local presence and authority breeds ability to rapidly address customers’ needs with deep understanding of local circumstances. The result is fast value delivery adapted to exact customers’ needs. That is called Customer Intimacy, a value approach upon which we are formulating our strategy and path into the future in all of our local offices worldwide.
Our aspiration is to constantly deepen our understanding of our customers’ needs. We are committed to delivering state of the art Engineering Content Management Solutions for the Asset Lifecycle in order to improve the production capacity, safety and sustainability of our customers’ production facilities.
