Willem-Jan Scholten - Chief Executive Officer

Willem-Jan Scholten was appointed to the position of CEO of BlueCielo ECM Solutions on January 1, 2013. Mr Scholten joined BlueCielo following the company’s acquisition by Gilde Equity Management Benelux in July 2012. Mr Scholten has more than 15 years’ experience in senior management and executive leadership positions in international software businesses such as Digital Equipment, Business Objects and Oracle Corporation and brings with him a deep knowledge of the IT industry. At Oracle, BlueCielo’s strategic alliance partner, Mr Scholten led the successful integration and growth of Moniforce (a Dutch software business that was acquired by Oracle in 2008), as well as the integration of the SUN Benelux operations. A Dutch national, Mr. Scholten graduated from the Hotel Management School, The Hague in The Netherlands. He is based at the Company's HQ Office in Rijswijk, The Netherlands. He is married and has three children. |
Rob Blasman – Chief Financial Officer

Rob Blasman was appointed to the position of CFO of BlueCielo ECM Solutions on 1 May 2013. Mr Blasman has more than 12 years’ experience in senior finance positions at global software companies such as at AVG Technologies, a provider of internet and mobile security, privacy and optimization software and services; Torex Retail, a retail systems software company; Infor Global Solutions, an enterprise software Company and its predecessors SSA Global Technologies and Baan Company. Prior to that Mr Blasman worked at Ernst & Young for over 12 years. Mr Blasman is a qualified auditor with an in-depth knowledge of the software industry and an international background who is focused on sustainable growth. Mr Blasman is a Dutch national who currently lives with his family in Amstelveen. |
Brian Sallade - Managing Director, North America

As managing director for North America, Brian Sallade is responsible for the general operations, sales, services and strategic direction of BlueCielo ECM Solutions in North America and Mexico. Mr Sallade joined the company as chief operating officer for North America in June 2007 following BlueCielo's acquisition of DataCore Technology Inc, a successful company specializing in implementing ECM solutions and a long-time reseller of BlueCielo's software solutions – of which Mr Sallade was president for 11 years. Prior to DataCore Technology, Mr Sallade worked at an engineering company where he started and managed a CAD Services division, and also taught all levels of AutoCAD at several local colleges. Mr Sallade has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware where he studied business administration. |
Brigitte Noordegraaf - Managing Director, Latin America, a.i.

Brigittte Noordegraaf was appointed managing director of BlueCielo do Brasil, a.i. on May 6, 2013, and is responsible for the general operations of BlueCielo ECM Solutions in Latin America including marketing, sales and professional services. Prior to joining BlueCielo she has held various senior and international management positions in IT and Management Consultancy. Mrs Noordegraaf is Dutch and became a Master of Business Administration at TiasNimbas Business School (Tilburg,the Netherlands), in 2005. |
Tommi Kilpeläinen - Managing Director, Finland

Tommi Kilpeläinen joined BlueCielo ECM Solutions as sales director for the BlueCielo Kronodoc product in April 2010 upon the company’s acquisition of Kronodoc Oy (now BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy), a successful company specializing in implementing the Kronodoc solution in complex industrial projects with large supplier networks. Mr Kilpeläinen was responsible for sales at Kronodoc Oy for four years. In his current role as operations manager for Finland and the BlueCielo Kronodoc product, Mr Kilpeläinen is responsible for the general operations, sales, services, support and maintenance, product development and strategic direction of BlueCielo ECM Solutions Oy in Finland. Mr Kilpeläinen has also worked at leading Finnish Telecom operator Elisa where he managed SaaS Services for large and midsized corporate customers. Mr Kilpeläinen has an MSc degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Helsinki. |
Milo Scheeren - Research & Development Director

In his role as research and development director, Milo Scheeren oversees global product development, research, software engineering, documentation and localization. Since studying Mathematics at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden in the Netherlands, Mr Scheeren has worked in information technology for over 20 years. During that time he has worked for IBM in various international software development positions and co-founded two software companies that have become market leaders in their respective areas of specialization: MINT BV in chip cards, and TJIP BV in chain integration in the insurance and banking sector. Prior to joining BlueCielo ECM Solutions in 2005, Mr Scheeren transformed international tax research and publishing company IBFD from a paper to an online publisher in two years. |
