Depending on the information available, BlueCielo Explorer views can be configured to provide user group-specific information. With use of the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module
, the data in the Explorer repository is enriched, allowing users to search by tag number to show all available tag information - including related documents and the projects in which the documents have been changed (managed through use of the BlueCielo Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module
). From the project copy, the user - like an external inspector - can jump to the complete change project for review.
Operations & Maintenance personnel can use the BlueCielo Explorer client as a stand-alone or integrated within the Maintenance or Facility Management System.
In both cases, the users can speed up their root cause failure analysis by use of hotspots when viewing the documents. The drawing can represent multiple assets (tags) with a hotspot. Clicking on the hotspot gives the option to jump to the tag or to the related documentation. From the document, the Management of Change process can be initiated.
